TRACTION TECH COUNCIL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Proprietary Rights: All intellectual property and other rights pertaining to all materials and information distributed by Traction Technology Partners (TTP) in connection with the Traction Tech Council are, unless otherwise marked, exclusively owned by TTP and for your company’s internal use only, consistent with the terms of the User Agreement.
Automatic Renewal: Your membership will renew automatically. Before each renewal, we will send you a reminder with the term and rate then in effect. If you do nothing, your credit/debit card will be charged the full amount of the indicated rate for the applicable membership year, or you will be sent an invoice if you do not keep a credit/debit card on file with us.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting customer service. Cancellations received up to thirty (30) days after the order date qualify for a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after thirty (30) days unless we suspend or end the Traction Tech Council prior to the conclusion of your then-current membership year, in which case you will receive a pro-rated refund of the amount you paid based on the number of months left in your membership year. We reserve the right to suspend or end the Traction Tech Council at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, without liability to you or to any third party.
Force and Effect: This, together with the User Agreement, is a binding contract between you and Traction Technology Partners, LLC d/b/a Traction Tech Council that governs this transaction. Your participation in the Traction Tech Council and payment of the membership fee signify your agreement to these terms.
